Banana Ice Cream



This really should wait until Foodie Friday to be posted, but I am so excited about it!

This is not technically Ice Cream, but it tastes and has the same texture of it... only its very healthy for you.

Freeze chunks of banana in the freezer over night
Place them in a food processor and pulse until it forms an ice cream like texture
Add a tablespoon of honey or peanut butter for extra flavor
