Yummy.

I think that is the best word I can use to describe to you how wonderful and delicious this Gelato is.

I tried the White Chocolate Raspberry. It was like a little spoonful of heave with each bite.

Here is what I loved about it, it is rich and creamy. It actually tastes like the flavors that are in it. I can't say that about every other ice cream type product I've ever had.

Tommee Tippee review and bottle giveaway!

The quest to find truly spill proof cups for my son has been on for a while. I seem to always find drips of milk and water around the house. That is why I was excited to check out the Tommee Tippee explora cups with my son. Danny is 16months old and on the go!

I think that the Tommee Tippee explora cups for 18months+ overall are a great buy. They are for children that can drink from a straw. With that being said they may need to be reminded that this cup "stays down."

Once you get the hang of putting the cups together they really do not leak at all. This makes them great for throwing in the diaper bag or just walking around the house with milk!

I may be the only one who didn't know this but I hate the membrane/skin left when I cut up citrus fruit...but if you cut away the skin and membrane and then cut between the membranes you get PERFECT pieces of citrus fruit! They just slide right out...made my day : )

Add a pinch of salt to the water when boiling eggs. It will keep the shells from cracking!

You can freeze extra pizza sauce in ice cube trays and then use one or 2 on your pizza as you need!

Foodie Friday: My best cooking tips

I like to cook, I do not do it enough because it's just me but when I have someone coming over for dinner I go all out!


Here are a few of my best tips:
1. Do not wash your mushrooms under running water- it will make them taste like water, pointless! Instead use a damp cloth to wipe off any dirt.
2. Use Extra Large Eggs when baking- I don't know why, but it makes a huge difference- trust me!
3. Salt your Pasta Water with SeaSalt- less sodium than table salt with a lot more flavor.
4. If you buy cheap cuts of meat to save money- cook them in a slow cooker, it will make them taste like you spent a lot of money on it.
5.When Roasting anything in the oven, make sure the pan is not too big-otherwise you will burn the veggies or the meat.
