Target Mobile Coupons are coupons that get sent to your phone once a week- you can pick which time of day you receive them. Then when you are in the store you can pull up the text and go to the link (smartphones only) which can then be scanned during check out.
This is just another way I get coupons besides finding them in the Sunday paper.
