We all tryi to save money as best we can. But it can be hard, I know this. My goal is to add another $1000 to my savings account by the end of this year- and up until today I have not added a single penny to my savings account in the past 3 weeks.
I am not happy about that, but things come up and for one reason or another the money had to stay in my checking account.
My new plan is to go onto my online banking account each day and transfer the change in my checking account to my savings account. Today it was only 30 cents, tomorrow it might be more or less. But even if it is just 30cents every day for a year that would be $109.50. But because it comes out in such small amounts each day- you won't even notice it is gone.
What other little tricks do you use to help you save money without really noticing it is gone?
